Description: The air suspension mechanical assembly is divided into three parts: ① air suspension body, ② mechanical accessories, ③ fastening parts; Where X-X represents the Xth component in the Xth part, for example, 5-3 in the ① air suspension body represents the 3rd part in the 5th component of the air suspension body.

Installation

Welding the leaf spring seat to the axle should ensure proper fit and alignment to meet the required center distance.
The welding ground wire should only be connected to the axle body, avoiding grounding through the rotating wheel components.

Setup

Optional ABS toothed ring and sensors can be selected as needed.

Usage

After the new car's initial loading and driving, and after driving for 15 days, or after each tire change, the nuts must be tightened in the specified order using a torque wrench;
Use the dedicated lubricating oil and avoid using mismatched oil;
Pay attention to the maintenance of the axle, and regularly check and replace parts.
