Description
Grinding mills are mainly used for grinding ores and materials of various hardnesses. They have a large crushing ratio, typically 200-300. Rod mills use steel rods as the crushing medium, with rod diameters typically ranging from 40 to 100 mm. The feed size for rod mills should not exceed 25 mm; otherwise, the steel rods may become skewed, leading to bending and breakage during operation. Its process characteristics include selective crushing of coarse particles and selective protection of fine particles, resulting in a uniform product particle size. This machine is mainly used for wet coal grinding to prepare qualified coal-water slurry.
