The multi-functional stacking unit is key equipment in the anode storage workshop. Its main functions are stacking, handling, and other miscellaneous lifting operations of anode carbon blocks. Our company currently produces two types of stacking cranes: one uses gravity-closing clamps and can lift 21 carbon blocks at a time; the other uses pneumatic clamps and can lift up to 13 blocks.
The multi-functional stacking crane mainly consists of a bridge frame, trolley running mechanism, hoisting mechanism, guiding device, clamp, and electrical control system.
This product is technologically mature and stable in performance, and is widely used in domestic carbon factories and aluminum plants.
